The Eduuni Service Package can be supplemented with customer’s own services or customer-acquired cloud services (eg Slack) by connecting them to Eduuni-ID Single Sign-On (SSO).

Eduuni-ID also allows you to sign in with your organization’s Microsoft Office 365 or Google G Suite credentials, so you have seamless access to your Eduuni and cloud services.

Workspaces

Eduuni-workspaces (SharePoint)

Workspaces is a browser-based service on the Internet that includes collaborative sites.

The site may contain documents, pictures, videos, to-do lists, discussion boards, calendars, wiki or blog pages etc. The site is meant for the preparation and distribution of workgroup, project, network, etc. materials. Site permissions can be set to Anonymous access, to all logged in users, to members of the organization as @domain group, to #groups or to individuals. Ownership and other rights in the content of the Site remain with the Customer. However, Workspaces is not an official electronic archive, and registration and final storage of the materials must be done according to the client organization’s own instructions.

Workspaces is implemented with the Microsoft SharePoint Server standard product, which features are available on websites. Eduuni workspaces also include OneDrive for Business and Office Online functionality. By default, OneDrive size is limited to 100 MB per user, but organizational customers have the option to increase the limit.

Workspaces clients are free to create websites for the needs of the organization and to grant ownership rights to, for example, a network, project or project leader or team secretary. The site owner can grant member privileges by adding email addresses to the site’s membership group. Anyone can be added as a member.

Eduuni-wiki

Eduuni-wiki is used for creating content and sharing information in one place, making teamwork organised and more effective.

Wiki is a browser-based service that is used and maintained on the Internet. Wiki is divided into separate sites (Spaces) that have their own URL and permissions. Space is intended for materials such as a workgroup, project, network, etc. Space permissions can be set to Anonymous access, for all logged in users, members of the organization as @domain group, members of a #groups or individuals. The content and other rights in the content of the Space remain with you. However, the Wiki is not an official electronic archive, and the registration and final storage of the material must be done according to the client organization’s own instructions.

Eduuni-wiki is implemented with Atlassian Confluence 7.13 product.
